About the Speaker: Natalie Allen is the Nurse Navigator for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at Queensland Children's Hospital, supporting autistic children, young people and their families to access coordinated, family-centred care. With over 14 years of experience in paediatric healthcare both in Australia and England, Natalie works across hospital, community, education and disability sectors to improve health outcomes, advocate for neurodiversity-affirming practice and build the capacity of families and healthcare professionals to better support children with autism.
