MCaFHNA Conference 2027

We are pleased to announce that the Call for Abstracts for the 2027 MCaFHNA + GNPHN International Conference is now open.

This year’s conference theme, Transforming Child & Family Health in a Changing World, highlights the advancement of maternal, child and family health through innovative practice, emerging evidence, and new ways of working that strengthen outcomes for children, families and communities.

The conference provides an important opportunity for our profession to showcase leadership, share contemporary insights, and demonstrate the impact of our collective work across Australia and the world. 

We warmly encourage you to submit an abstract that reflects your practice innovations, research, quality improvement initiatives, or collaborative models of care.

Key dates:

• Call for Abstracts open: 7 July 2026

• Abstract submissions close: 1 November 2026

• Notification of abstract acceptance: 23 November 2026
